Reads and Participant Database are available in this folder. Please create a Local Race, import the participants, and create a Mylaps Readlite File Stream to bring in the reads and follow the instructions from the Race Director's email (below) to begin.
Name your Race "Basic Universal Start/Finish Practice" and indicate that the race takes place in the Central time zone.
Prompts from participants and race staff will follow. Once all prompts are addressed, use the "Get Help" feature in RaceDay Scoring to submit your setup for grading.
Hi Timer,
Thanks for timing our 5K/10K race on September 16th. Both races should start together with a single start at about 9 AM - the course will start and finish at the same location (see map at the bottom). We let people start up until 9:20, so please make sure you don't cut any starters off.
We're planning on doing an awards ceremony as soon as everyone is finished, if you can have an awards report for each race ready to go that would be great! While we want to show results online based on Chip Time, we want the Top 3 Men and Women in each event to be scored on Gun Time. Overall winners are not eligible for Age Group Awards.
Age group awards for the 5K will go to the top three male/females in the following categories: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, and then 10 year age groups from 20-29 up to 80+
For the 10K, age group awards will go to the top three boys and girls under 19, and then ten year age groups up to 70 and over.
See you on Saturday!
Ron
